Types of Delivery Channels
Intranet
Intranet is the key delivery channel for information within organizations. In many organizations, the employees who have limited (or no) access to desktop, or whose works makes the intranet less relevant to their needs.
Therefore, it is important to review all the ‘delivery channels’ when organizing an overall information management and communications strategy.

People forgot that these components are missing the important part i.e. real, face to face, human interaction. Therefore, the face-to-face communications helps us in the following ways: -

According to Sherif Hussein, Emails are one of the most common and useful channel because of its superficial quality. Communicators can use the emails and can type and state that message within a minute. Email comes in many different forms, you can send a plain text email, a visual or graphical or info-graphic email, a video in an email, etc. Emails are widely used nowadays, as it helps the employees to send the files easily to the other parts of the country instead of fax and courier. Emails are very speedy and faster in sending the information than the others.
